Nightrider London!

So, for my next blog post, I decided to write about the London Nightrider! On Saturday, a cycling event took place in London. Nightrider is a 100km bike ride that starts in Crystal Palace, London, and ends in Crystal Palace. It is held during the night, and started at midnight and it is a charity event that you can choose your charity! I decided to post about this because my grandad did it for JDRF, the charity for children with Type 1 Diabetes, that I posted about in the first post. Here is the JDRF page: http://www.jdrf.org.uk/ Here are some pics!

The awesome medal!

Wow, so many bikes!

If you want to find out more about the event, and the next one, then here is the link: http://www.nightrider.org.uk/Night_Rider_London.htm
I would also like to say how proud I am of my grandad, and how hard he had to train! If you would like to donate on his Justgiving page, then here is the page: http://www.justgiving.com/richardjwilkes
And, now to add a bit of fashion!
