Strike Day!

Yesterday was a strike day (woo!) and surprise surprise, we were back in the Southbank. Sadly it was a horrible day, but as Brits we are used to that kind of weather, we soldiered on and still spent the day out in the heart of London :) Above is the strike that was being held at the The Ritzy taken from the number 3 bus :P

Another Catch Up!

As I said I would, I have the photos from Patrick and John's house in France! Above is their swimming pool.
This is the view from the balcony.
Secondly, it was my Mum's birthday yesterday. In the morning we went to the diner for breakfast and we went out in the afternoon.
My really nice Antenna breakfast.
The bluebells from my front garden #random
Finally, today we decided to go into town as it was a bank holiday. We went to Trafalgar Square where there was a Sani George's festival as it is St George's day on the 23rd.

Maypole.
We went to Soho where we had lunch in the delicious Honest Burger. I had a really nice iced tea and...

The Final Day (And a bit of chocolate!)

So guys, I'm back! It was only a short trip but it was nice to get away for a bit :) The flight was last night and it was a pain as it was late at night and it had already been delayed for some reason, but we got home in the end...

During the day though we had a great time in an AWESOME house. My Nans friends, Patrick and John have a holiday home in the south of France as well, but in the hills. They were down at the same time so we went up for lunch. And the house was jaw dropping. It was a traditional French home and had two floors but it was huge downstairs and there was a balcony. There was even a swimming pool and multiple gardens (!) I wished I lived there :D They made us a lovely lunch and we got a bit of a snoop around. I do have some pictures of the garden which I will defo show you next post.

I have also been at my Dads today and we went to a yearly Italian festival thing in town where they live. I also have some pictures of that but I will put them up next time. There was a range of things there, such as cheese stalls, pizza, wine and beer and even a showcase of Ferraris, which I personally think was the best bit! Here's the link if you would like to check it out: Horsham.

Finally, as I have run out of things to say here is a range of Easter eggs I liked the look of (as it's Easter this Sunday if you didn't know)...

Catch Up! (Hauls and Hair Dye)

Ahh, quite a lot has gone on in the past few days! There just hasn't been enough time to blog and so I'm going to have to cram the past events into one blog post :) Firstly; I have dyed my hair... Yes, on Sunday I went to Lewisham with the fabby Amy and Chloe as I needed help choosing the dye and it was obvs a chance to hang out with the gals ;) As it is the hols it was a great chance to change my hair colour. I will show you what I bought later on, but first the hair!

:D Do you like? I decided to dip dye as I have never done it before, and this purple colour seemed really cool!

The brand I used is the same one I have used before, when I dyed my hair red and purple. But those were wash out ones and this one is semi permanent, so it actually comes out properly. The lovely Miss Gibbs (Amy to you!) Offered to do it for me and it was very successful I think, especially as she didn't do anything special, just smothered it on the ends ;P

I bought another colour for future use as it was £8.00 for two in Superdrugs.

Today the family and I went into town, to the Southbank (I always seem to be there!) and Covent Garden. It was Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day today, a day which they do every year. In a few cinemas in the world they give out a free scoop of any flavour of Ben & Jerry's. We took advantage of this and I got my cookie dough #thebestflavour Good old Ben & Jerry eh? What would we do without them?

Before our free ice cream, we had lunch in the AMAZING Shake Shake in Covent Garden. The Shake Shack was originally a stand in theUSA,but  have now come over to England in restaurant form. There is only one in the country at the moment, Covent Garden and I STRONGLY recommend it! Forget McDonald's, we got the Shake Shack :D I had a peanut butter milkshake and it was lush!

Now time for the haul! Be warned though, it isn't THAT much of a haul, but it's still something. Above is the top I got at TKMaxx. I always said I could never get anything good in TKMaxx, but I was proved wrong! This is a David & Goliath top; I have been looking for one for ages as all my friends own something from this awesome brand :( But Chloe and Amy insisted this top was made for me...
David & Goliath@TKMaxx, £7.99

Next up was these lovely shorts also from TKMaxx. I think they are perfect for the summer and especially for my holiday next week.
£12.99

Finally was this cute dress from H&M. It was in the sale so who could say no?
H&M, £14.99 £7.99.
Ooh, and I got a top from H&M but I can't seem to get a pic and it's in the wash as I have worn it already. So you will just have to wait!

Night Out and Daisy Buys!

So, as I said in my previous post, I was taken out last night to the theatre by my fab Godmothers and my Nan (oh, and my brother!) Before we saw the show we had dinner at Joe Allen's, a great restaurant in Covent Garden. As most of you have probably read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, or at least heard of it I won't go into details, but the performance stayed mostly true to the original story but with a few twists as well!
Overall I enjoyed the new musical and I recommend it to anyone, but it would be especially magical for the little ones :) Thank you for taking me, love you!!!
Next thing is I was reading Chloe AKFB's blog this morning, and I was reading her Daisy Post and came across these amazing clothes which I am hopefully going to get tomorrow!

H&M, £7.99

Boohoo, £12.00
Don't you just love it when you find great clothes??

Mother's Day Approaches...!

As it is the penultimate day before Mothering Sunday, my parents decided to take me out for a tiny bit of shopping and dinner. It was a beautiful day today as well, so we had to make the most of it; especially as we live in England! As my mum is doing the Moonwalk on May 10th (with Jo Payton) she walked instead of taking the train to get ready for it. We went to Wagamama's for dinner, the best!

My outfit:
Dress- Primark
Tights- M&S
Cardigan- Forever 21
Shoes- Nike Air Max

I did my nails the day before in Barry M Matte, and these rings are from Primark.
When we had the chance to pop into the shops I bought this khakki shirt in H&M £29.99  £10.00.

And these My Chemical Romance CDs, 2 for £10.

Are you guys ready for tomorrow?
